Q: Will I be able to see how it looks before it's delivered?

A: Yes you will! We always email you the design before starting your canvas. If you'd like to sign off on the design before it's delivered, message Katie on Instagram @anime_at_night,  or email her @info.animeatnight@gmail.com

Q: If I order again, will the new style be different?

A: Our artists do their best to match each other's style. However, they don't draw exactly the same. Please let us know if you've gotten a design before, and we will match you up with the artist who made your first design so it stays as consistent.

Q. Will my canvas come with the digital file?

A: Yes! You get the digital file as well when you order the canvas.

Q. What if I don't like my design, or want to make a revision?

A. When you order, we will send the completed digital file of your design via email within 3-6 business days. This is so you can make any revisions you need before we deliver your canvas. If you don't respond within 24 hours, your canvas will automatically be shipped and delivered. .

Shipping rates for orders under 100 USD are 3.99. Please enjoy free shipping for orders over 100 USD.

For all digital products, you will receive your image as a jpeg file via email within 3-6 business days.

For physical products (canvas posters, journals, etc) please keep in mind that due to Covid- 19, shipping times may be extended. For US Residents,  please allow 10 to 15 business days. Times may be extended for all other countries. These are our estimates:

LOST/MISSING PACKAGES

Anime At Night is not liable if the incorrect address is placed during the checkout process. Please make sure that your billing and shipping address is correct before processing your order. If we have made an error we will fully take responsibility for the original order that was made for you at no charge.

CUSTOMS

We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive in your country.

TRACKING INFORMATION

You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped but sometimes due to free shipping tracking is not available.

MY TRACKING SAYS “NO INFORMATION AVAILABLE AT THE MOMENT”.

For some shipping companies, it takes 1-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.

WILL MY ITEMS BE SENT IN ONE PACKAGE?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping.
